Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Online Contract Submissions

All submissions are reviewed by Contractreviews.ca. Questions are answered at Contractreviews.ca’s sole discretion. Contractreviews.ca reserves the right to delete, disregard, or report to the appropriate governmental authority any submissions that it deems inappropriate, discriminatory, or criminal in nature, or which for any other reason may harm or distress or be reasonably foreseen to cause harm or distress to Contractreviews.ca, any of its representatives, or any other individual. The contract submission service is provided by Contractreviews.ca free of charge on a voluntary basis. For this reason, delays or failures to respond to submissions may occur from time to time. If you are in distress or if your matter is urgent or time-sensitive, please call 911 or your local legal aid clinic. Contractreviews.ca endeavours to respond to all submissions within two (2) business days; however, Contractreviews.ca does not and cannot guarantee that all submissions will be answered in a timely manner or at all.

Confidentiality

As required by Canadian and international law, any information we receive may be passed to third parties as required or in the ordinary course of business. However, all personal identifying information submitted by the user is confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Users have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all user records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Users are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. All costs referenced on ContractReviews.ca are quoted in Canadian dollars. ContractReviews.ca reserves the right to change the costs for contract review as needed. Any change in the fees will be reflected on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the Canada, or in relation to postings from Canada. All advertising is intended solely for the Canadian market. Contractreviews.ca does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
